Great wines and great company. Drake and his staff are full of knowledge and stories. Really an excellent experience. I make a point to stop by every time I’m in Santa Barbara. It’s rare to find someone so talented and passionate about their craft

Such a wonderful experience. Bacon took care of me and had some fantastic wines. I’ve been twice and both times were so great. My favorite wines are the ones where there is a connection to the wine making team. Keep it up Team Whitcraft!! Love you guys.

Had a lovely tasting with Drake. His knowledge of the vineyards he sources from and the soil they’re grown in was awesome to experience. I myself make wine in Napa and this is the only wine club I am part of. The wines are consistently great and the team behind them are awesome. We’ve been back a few times to pick wines up and always have a great time chatting with Bacon. If you like good wine this is a must visit. Also, if you’re at all interested in Mezcal pick Drakes brain on the subject. Very knowledgeable and down to earth dude. Always excited about our next shipments and our next trip down to the area.

Some of the best wine in the county! Bacon & George conduct very well thought out tastings without being pretentious. All of the wine that is being poured is delicious and the unique process Whitcraft uses to produce the wine is extremely interesting to hear about. I couldn’t recommend this spot more!

We had the most amazing tasting and tour at Whitcraft Winery. This is a small producer, and they've recently expanded a bit, which means they have a lovely tasting room now. Chris, their Assistant Wine Maker, provided so much information to us on the area, the terroir, the winemaking philosophy, and did it all through amazing stories and anecdotes. He really brought their wines to life for us, and best of all, their wines really lived up to all that we'd read and heard prior to arriving. He really set us up for the rest of our five days of touring and tasting. We can't thank him enough!

The best wine producer in SB hands down. Drake and Bacon's work speaks for itself. Can't recommend highly enough. I get excited every time I open a bottle. Keep up the stellar work gentleman!

We had planned on tasting at this winery. When we arrived, one person behind the counter, whom we assumed to be the pourer, was engaged in conversation with a couple. We said hello, waited for a minute or two, never got acknowledged even with a " hello" back. The situation felt really weird and decided to leave. Once we were at the door e finally heard a " Can I help you?" . This was a surrealistic situation we have never encountered at a wine tasting room, usually such a convivial type of place. We took our business elsewhere that afternoon but remain perplexed.

Whitcraft is a hidden gem in Santa Barbara. Ended up here thanks to the recommendation from a chef friend, and have been members ever since. Prepare to be educated. This is wine tasting with a farming touch. Although, they buy their grapes, the land dictates the direction of the wine. Chris Bacon will take you on a journey of the local farms and terroir that shape their wines. Wonderful experience. I will continue to drag my favorite wine connoisseur in to experience this little gem.
